Responsibilities
- Oversee conceptual development, organization, scheduling, and implementation of construction projects.
- Plan, lead, and monitor project progress, including manpower planning, construction progress, master schedule, and cost control.
- Manage cost control for materials, manpower, and machinery within approved budgets.
- Address delays and emergencies, ensuring timely instructions and effective, safe, and economical methods.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project completion. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry.
- Minimum qualification of Degree/Masters in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites course (MWSHCS or previously known as Construction Safety Course for Project Managers – CSCPM
