- Work closely with the Operation Manager, support running of the outlet’s daily operation.
- Ensure consistency in work performance, acquire the full knowledge of the POS system, get oriented with the layout of the outlet and handle the preparation of beverages.
- Ensure quality control and food presentation as per company’s standard guidelines.
- To ensure good hygiene and personal grooming standards, adhere to Risk Management and Safety practices.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef/Operation Manager.
- Managing the daily operations of the restaurant/Kitchen.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work as a team.
- Able to work during weekend and public holiday.
