Responsibilities
- Conceptual Design: Develop and execute conceptual designs for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
- Work closely with the Design Team to create technical proposals.
- Manage procurement processes, budgeting, estimation, and contract administration, including quantity measurement.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, detailed pricing breakdowns, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of tender requirements, including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders before the tendering process.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge (ASK)
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Over 2 years of M&E experience in the interior design or construction industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with government regulations related to M&E installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
Additonal
- Willingness to travel to various worksites throughout Singapore.
- Availability to perform night work and weekends as needed.
