- Provide technical support for Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, Chemical, and Gas systems to ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
- Design and implement maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
- Perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent future problems.
- Develop reporting systems to monitor performance and capacity usage.
- Optimize operating procedures to improve system efficiency.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Train and guide team members on system operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage resources effectively.
- Supervise project execution, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong background in managing UPW, Chemical, Gas, and related systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to lead projects and manage resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
