Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in alignment with the institution’s core competencies.
- Drive student enrollment through strategic campaigns, both online and offline, including open houses, information sessions, campus visits, and education fairs.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and maintain high conversion rates from leads generated through various recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with local recruitment, marketing, and academic teams to create and implement outreach strategies using social media, events, education fairs, and preview sessions.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends in the education sector to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Identify suitable collaborations with colleges, schools, private educational institutions, and industry organizations.
- Ensure compliance with SSG regulations and adhere strictly to internal policies.
- Oversee and manage authorized agents to facilitate successful student recruitment (if necessary).
Requirements
- Degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience preferably in the PEI education industry
- Possess good assessment and experiences of education market
- Possess good knowledge of the private education industry in Singapore
- Possess good assessment and experiences of local cities education markets are a plus
