- Lead the Facilities Operations team to ensure continuous support for wafer fabrication.
- Manage and maintain Facilities Centre (FC) systems, ensuring reliable operation.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve issues to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Oversee the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensure maintenance compliance.
- Develop and enforce procedures and preventive maintenance plans to guarantee system functionality.
- Monitor system performance to prevent operational disruptions.
- Coordinate incident response and participate in emergency response activities.
- Supervise inspections, data logging, and system isolation for contractor work.
- Direct shift leaders on task allocation and report generation.
- Optimize workflows for cost efficiency and operational improvement.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and calibration.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, regulations, and EHS standards.
- Support continuous improvement and quality investigations.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance plant performance.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in facilities operations, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in CMMS and preventive maintenance systems.
- Proficient in incident management and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
