Job Description:
This role involves strategic marketing, communications, fundraising, partnership management, and volunteer oversight, all aimed at enhancing brand presence and financial sustainability. The emphasis on developing strategies and managing donor engagement suggests a senior-level position focused on both marketing and fundraising initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Work with the Education Services team to create and implement branding and marketing strategies.
- Strategic Communications: Design and execute effective communication strategies to oversee corporate branding, media relations, fundraising, and other engagement initiatives.
- Fundraising & Donor Engagement: Build and manage a portfolio of potential donors to support the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
- Partnership Management: Lead efforts to identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Volunteer Management: Oversee project management for corporate events.
- Budgeting & Resource Management: Manage budgeting and resource allocation effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant professional field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the social service sector, non-profit organizations, community outreach, partnership development, or fundraising.
- Proven track record in creating community impact and engaging with vulnerable populations or beneficiaries.
- Strategic, innovative, articulate, and self-motivated—a proactive achiever.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for pitching to donors and prospects. Excellent written and presentation skills are a plus.
- Leadership abilities to influence, guide, and mobilize team members to deliver high-quality service.
- Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player with internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in networking with government agencies, churches, and community partners.
