Job Description
- Lead design and conceptualization for assigned titles, working with the Creative Director and editorial team.
- Oversee the visual style and tone for print and digital content, mentor designers, and manage external illustrators and photographers.
- Manage the creative and production process, ensuring the visual identity aligns with product goals.
- Support marketing and business teams with presentation packs and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with production teams, check artwork proofs, and manage offshore design partners.
- Build a network of freelance designers and support other titles as needed.
- Lead and guide the design team, share industry best practices, and adapt design trends for education.
- Contribute to pitch work and new project launches.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience working within content creation, social media marketing, and strategy
- Ability to take creative direction and feedback to improve the final product.
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Master/Degree in Design or Equivalent
