Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their certifications and professional standards development needs and promote our professional services as a solution.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments and customize proposals to address the specific requirements of corporate clients.
· Negotiate and finalize proposal and contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are favourable to both parties.
· Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Min. 2 years of working experiences.
· Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
· Proven track record of success in B2B sales
· Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
· Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
