Contract Period: From 1 Nov 2024 to 31 Oct 2025 (period of 1 year).
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 6.00am to 3.00pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break
• Fridays: 6.00am to 2.30pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Description:
- Opening of the school early in the morning at 6.00am
- Provide logistic support for events such as carrying tables/chairs, etc.
- Accompany contractors for defect works and opening doors
- Cleaning of rooms.
- Clearing of waste bins.
- Any other operational support as required by Operations Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary school education.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Able to multi-task.
- Ability to converse in English and inter-personal skills.
- Good team player.
- Preferably staying in the west.
- Able to work in a fast- paced environment where under pressure.
- Candidates to have at least 3 years’ experience working in a local environment.
