Preschool Has Admin Vacancies To Be Filled For New Staff With Qualified Profile & Job Compency To Assist Daily Office Activities

Location: Multi Location To Select (After Interview Confirm With Offer)

Position: Pre-School Centre Administrator

Basic Salary : $3000~$3500

Mon-Fri: Normal Working Hours (Exact Timing Will Brief During Interview)

Weekly: 5 Days Work (Good Work / Life / Balance)

Rest Day: Sat & Sun

OT: Not Required

2) AWS: Yes, 13 Month + 1 Month Bonus

3) Annual Leave: Yes, Starts From 14 Days

4) Off-Day: Yes, On Teacher Day, Children Days & Others

5) Salary Increment: Yes Yearly, Subject To Individual Performance


Roles & Responsibilities:

The Administrative Executive will be responsible to the Principal for all administrative details related to the day-to-day operations of the centre and provide customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school


Job Requirements:

1) Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels / Diploma

2) At least 3 years experience in an administrative role

3) Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different culture and languages.

4) Good written and verbal communication skills

5) Able to work independently, multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment

6) Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

7) Proficient in MSOffice Applications
