Responsibilities:
- You are required to handle and manage general enquiries pertaining to any related client products and services.
- You are required to provide solution and solve complaints within shortest period of time and to provide effectively communicate and feedback.
- You are required to provide assistance pertaining to goods return, delivery of goods, online transactions and goods delivery check.
- You are required to provide solution to client on their digital application/platforms, website services, and other mode of online services.
- You are required to provide advice on payment methods, payment reminder.
- You are required to provide advice on returned goods, location of return, collection.
- You are required to liaise with client via various channel such as email, hotline, online forms, social media, online chats, website, and other mean of contact.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Experience in managing of complaints/ customer service/ contact center/ call center/ e-commerce added advantage.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to start in short notice added advantage.
Information:
- Mondays to Fridays, 830am-6pm
- 2 Months Contract - subject to renewal/extension
- Basic Salary $2400 + Completion Incentive (UP TO $300)
