Scope of Work
- Manage the school’s reception counter and front desk support (e.g. handling enquiries, calls & walk-ins)
- Recording and distribution of mails
- Assist in general administrative and data entry duties (e.g. student early departure, student latecomers record, etc)
- Assist in stationery inventory management
- Assist in keypress management
- Any other duties assigned by the Authority
Qualification, Skill & Experience
- Able to communicate and write in English competently.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level, NITEC or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in office administration functions or equivalent.
- Candidates who have relevant working experience in a school setting will have an added advantage.
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of ONE (1) YEAR.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
