Job Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing Key Accounts (local B2B/Korean distributors/Korean B2B or E-commerce) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth.
- Negotiate business trading terms with key customers.
- Analyse market trend supported with data analysis.
- Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
- Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
- Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively.
- Prepare sales forecast and work with supply chain on order planning from HQ.
- Analyse sales data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in food sales industry.
- Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.
- Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
- Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
- Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others.
- Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
