Contract: 12 months
Location: Bendemeer
Salary: $2400 + Completion Bonus
Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8.30 am to 6 pm) & Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Responsibilities
- Handle inventory management – monitor inventory stock movements; update inventory records, handle issuance/return of personal protective equipment (PPE) and specialised equipment.
- Perform stocktaking of inventory and updating of records for stock tracking purpose
- Assist in disposal process for past evidence exhibits, obsolete PPEs, faulty equipment, and electronic devices.
- Assist in following up on servicing and maintenance of equipment - verifying maintenance contract validity, liaising with vendor on collection & return of equipment from maintenance.
- Facilities management – assist to follow up on facilities issues with managing agent.
- Corporate support and general admin – printing, scanning and filing of documents; liaison with vendor on collection and return of laundry and managing library collection.
- Vehicle management - verifying vehicle expenditure and updating vehicle usage record.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
