Responsibilites:
- Support Talent Initiatives: Provide hands-on support in Management Associate Programme Recruitment, and the identification and implementation of talent development programmes.
- Talent Management Database: Assist in the maintenance and updating of our Talent Management Database, consolidating data on talent and successors, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of this crucial information.
- Collaboration with HR Teams: Liaise closely with regional HR teams to gather and synthesize talent information from various entities across the organization.
- Reporting: Prepare essential documents for talent and succession plan status reporting to the Group Management Team.
- Handle queries regarding Talent Management related policy.
