- Work Hours: Shift-based, 44 hours per week, required work on weekends
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media interactions, and chat messages.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs, create tailored solutions, and recommend appropriate product offerings.
- Respond to general and account-specific enquiries, delivering clear and concise information as required.
- Utilise tools and resources to identify and anticipate client needs, ensuring a commitment to resolving issues at the first point of contact.
- Achieve and exceed performance objectives, including client satisfaction ratings, sales and productivity goals, and compliance requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field.
- Experience in client servicing or within a call centre environment.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure, especially during peak times or challenging situations.
