The Role
This position will provide administrative support to Senior management and the Sales team
Job Responsibilities
- Aiding in the creation of purchase requisition, contract completion and processing of invoices
- Coordinating on administrative tasks with the Sales team, factories and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient fulfilment of orders
- Administrative duties related to office and warehouse.
- Assisting Senior management as required.
Job Requirements
· Diploma or higher in Business Administration preferred
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin with strong analytical skills advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally for brief periods should a need arise
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Knowledge working with SAP or similar ERP system an added advantage.
