Job Description & Requirements
- Analyse drawing and specifications ofproject provided by architects andengineers
- Calculate quantities of materials, accuratework, and labour cost of a projects
- Calculate budget based on consumerrequirements; and prepare effectivebudget estimate for each stage ofconstruction process
- Prepare tender and contract documentsincluding bill of quantities with the client
- Attending site show round for tenderquotation
- Assist in procurement process and costcontrol
- Responsible for taking off quantitates,evaluation of price comparison, andcosting summary.
- Prepare purchased order and materialrequisition
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors,relevant authorities, and internaldepartment in resolving projectdevelopment and technical issues.
- Attending site meeting with clients
- Prepare variation orders, monthly progressclaim and finalization of accounts forsubmission to consultants / clients.
- Prepare invoicing for claims & statementsof accounts for clients
- Prepare submission documents onceproject kick-off (such as insurance, workersname list, risk assessment andmanagement forms)
