Job Description
Summary
You will report to the Operations Manager of MIS Business School.
Your main responsibilities will be to assist as well as execute the daily operations in the MIS Business School while complying with the CPE policies and procedures. Support in preparing, processing and collating academic result release as well as other administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible for the handling of proprietary and university partner programmes.
· Assist in lecturer management of the proprietary and university partner programmes.
· Liaise with the academic aspects of university partner programmes.
· Manage the Academic and Assessment functions of the Business School.
· Responsible for sourcing and securing collaborations with new education partners.
· Responsible for liaising with external institutions, government agencies, university partners and organisations on academic and assessment matters.
· Responsible for liaising with the Academic and Examination Boards.
· Handle student enquiries and requests such as process of transfer, deferment, withdrawal and refund as well as any other student matters.
· Handle and coordinate funding certification claims after course completion.
· Deliver timely and accurate reporting of submission to relevant authorities like ICA, CPE, etc.
· Participate in the assistance of student recruitment and academic review, pre-evaluation meetings, etc.
· Assist the marketing team in providing relevant information for advertisement
· Any ad-hoc task or project as assigned.
Requirements
· Minimum a Diploma in Marketing/Business holder with a minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in an education and tertiary level institution.
· Hands-on experience with Private Education Act, ERF, EduTrust Certification Scheme standards and requirement, etc would be an added advantage.
· High level of personal integrity, outgoing, customer-focused and able to work under pressure.
· Resourceful, independent and results-oriented.
· Strong coordination, administration and interpersonal skills.
