Job Descriptions:
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out monitoring visits for designated research studies in line with the monitoring plan, write post-visit reports, and collaborate with study teams.
- Lead outreach initiatives to educate staff and research teams, fostering a culture of ethical research practices.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of research studies.
- Offer regulatory guidance and engage with internal stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory submissions.
- Gather and compile data for management reports.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in healthcare or sciences.
- Experience in monitoring research studies.
- Knowledgeable about ICH-GCP guidelines, IRB, and Singapore regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, well-organized, and able to work independently.
