Seeking Singaporean to join as IT Service Admin for 1 year project
Work location : City Hall
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Primary Purpose:
Support Service Request and Asset Management for Client
Responsibilities:
- SR/Asset Admin
- Overall ownership of asset management and asset lifecycle management
- Managed physical asset and ensure accuracy of master asset database
- Manage issue of assets e.g. ipad, vpn tokens, secure thumbdrive to users
- Manage asset shipment to and from overseas users
- Manage asset in storeroom and perform weekly stock-take of assets in storeroom
- Liaise with relevant parties for disposal of asset
- Raise incidents, service request and change request for related IT service and Mobile devices, and its reporting
- Undertake change coordinator role to route Incidents/SR/CR to relevant parties
- Follow-up of incidents/SR/CR raised till closure
- Renew and update maintenance and service contracts info
- Identify and apply measures to ensure appropriate actions are taken during onboarding and offboarding process of users
- Perform review of user accounts reports and submission
- Consolidate data for security report submission
- Provide ad-hoc report when required
- Manage VoIP admin matters like assigning extension numbers
- Respond promptly to requests raised by requestors
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties, including service desk and liaising with hardware vendors
Requirements:
- Must have good Excel and also IT skills.
- Candidates with min 1-2 years experience in raising requests and tracking assets is at advantage. Experience in government environment would be good
- Proficient in communication skills as you need to communicate daily with users via Email & face to face.
- Willing to serve 2 months notice if join to work in this project.
