Job Responsibilities
- Good customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to the end-users.
- Installation, set-up of system and maintenance activities, as well as deployment
- Perform systems administration, update IT applications & IT infrastructure system (eg. Windows & Linux servers)
- Perform recovery procedures to solve system issues
- Experience with electrical wiring, carpentry, and metal fabrication is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Exposure in both IT technical installation and repair are plus points
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin/Chinese is preferred (high frequency in dealing and coordinating with Chinese speaking clients and vendors)
- Positive attitude, diligent and keen to learn
