Job Summary


This position is responsible for providing strong and reliable support to the Human Resource Department that comprises of payroll management, administration of employee benefits and compensation, maintenance of employee personal data management and other ad-hoc projects.


Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting in the full spectrum of HR functions that aligns to the organisational goals
  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of information in the HR systems and the P-files (Electronic and Hardcopy) of individual employees.
  • Coordinating and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for all available positions (which includes performing the first-cut screening, job posting, liaising with external job agencies / unions, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling & conducting of interviews, onboarding/offboarding functions).
  • End-to-End processing of Employee Lifecycle Events including onboarding and off-boarding administration
  • Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment data.
  • Supporting in the updating of various HR platforms on updated HR content (CCSS Employee Hub).
  • Administering employees’ insurance policies, medical expenses and employees’ training registrations.
  • Responsible for payroll generation, statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21.
  • Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave etc.
  • Responsible for training registration, training administration, training grants applications and ensuring accurate training records for each department.
  • Handling employees’ enquiries relating to staff handbook, corporate staff benefits and all matters relating to labor laws and regulations.
  • Assisting with statutory reporting and surveys (eg. LMS, MOM Surveys, etc).
  • Supporting in the research, consolidation and application of relevant NCSS grants relating to HR initiatives and/or projects
  • Administering the annual appraisal cycle.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have a proven experience of at least 2 years as HR Officer, Administrator, or other HR position.
  • Candidate must have a good knowledge of full-spectrum of HR Generalist functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc).
  • Candidate must be proficient in MS Office and is IT Savvy.
