Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Development:Plan, schedule, and develop ongoing marketing themes and campaigns for the year.
- Content Creation:Design and produce content including artwork, short videos, and promotional materials (both print and digital) for display at respective outlets.
- Promotion Material Preparation:Prepare and design artwork for print and digital promotions for various outlets.
- Product Launch Media:Take photos or videos of new product launches for promotional use.
- Social Media Management:Create awareness and manage weekly updates on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, 小红书, and the company website.
- Market Analysis:Understand current market trends and needs to quickly adapt strategies for market preferences.
- Media & PR Relations:Connect with press, media, marketing agents, bloggers, and relevant parties to enhance brand visibility.
- Branch Promotions:Plan promotions for respective branches, working closely with supervisors/managers to align with sales and customer preferences.
- Feedback Integration:Collect feedback from branch staff to continuously improve sales and promotional strategies.
- Mall Liaison:Liaise frequently with mall marketing management to update promotions and stay informed about mall programs.
- POS & Marketing Menu Updates:Create and update POS for marketing menus as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
