Responsibilities for Data Entry Assistant
· To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry.
· Efficient document management such as printing, scanning and filing of the documents.
· Delivery arrangement.
· Responding to incoming phone enquiries.
· Maintain general company's administrative works.
· Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communication actions.
· Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required, e.g.
Data Entry – Rebar BBS
- Double check and clarify all the required information are accurate
Prepare Label – Rebar Tag
- Ensure BBS Copy is customer CONFIRMED / APPROVED BBS
Label Tag with Wire
- Ensure the Cut Length Copy is attached.
- Double check all the items, Qty, Projects, C/O is accurate
NO discrepancy is allowed for REBAR document preparation.
