Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Set clear and measurable sales objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Monitor and evaluate salesmen's performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them reach their targets.
- Offer training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Achieve a monthly sales goal of 30 vehicles, incorporating both new and used cars into the target.
- Supervise the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and converting leads into successful sales.
- Assist salesmen in negotiating deals and closing transactions to meet or surpass sales objectives.
- Manage the sales department's budget, keeping expenses under control and achieving financial goals.
- Compile and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, focusing on performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in both new and used car markets.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding a sales team.
- Demonstrated success in automotive sales, with excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- A valid Singapore driving license is preferred.
