Job Description:
- Extract logs from electronic products following standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Prepare electronic products for hardware investigation using jigs and laptops, in accordance with SOP, and support the investigation process.
- Input and upload data into the authorities' management system.
- Conduct regular checks on the authorities' management system and summarize the findings.
- Handle packing for any further investigation needed at overseas companies.
- Collect faulty goods from Automobile Association-approved workshops and care centers.
- Perform periodic inventory checks on the collected faulty goods.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- No experience required as training will be provided
