The Programme and Capability Development team serves as the resource, content and capability development unit within the Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).
The successful applicant will create content and programmes to engage employers to support them in the implementation of fair and progressive employment practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop resources such as articles, tool kits, e-learning modules and publications;
- Conduct desktop research to analyse employment trends and update employment practices;
- Design polls, surveys and engage partners on research projects;
- Organise/support employer engagement programmes such as events, biennial Awards and conferences.
Job Requirements:
- Good written and communication skills to articulate key messages to target audience and stakeholders.
- Resourceful, able to multi-task and work independently. Experience in project management an advantage.
- Strong competency in MS Office software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- IHRP certification/exposure to HR/employment issues such as workforce planning an development, employee engagement and other related areas preferred.
