This advertisement is for recruiting for the position of Part Time Receptionist.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE high school located in Anchorvale Link.
Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 years from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
Personnel (part-time) to be deployed at the following hours :
- Mondays to Fridays : 8:00am to 2:00pm.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays.
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
Reception:
- Frontline Service like attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors.
- Handle calls and enquiries to the General Office from stakeholders such as parents, public, teachers and students.
- Accept Goods delivery to the reception counter on behalf of staff.
General School Administration
- Preparation and verification of documents.
- Reconciliation of accounts and data.
- Data entry duties.
- Maintaining and updating of records.
- Compilation of statistics.
- Filing and typing of School’s documents.
- Drafting of correspondences.
- Perform any other duties assigned by School Leaders and Administration Managers.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- GCE O Level qualifications.
- Basic IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and etc).
- General Admin and Customer Service experience.
- 3 years of working experience in a school environment.
