Morgan McKinley is hiring for a highly skilled React Developer. This role is for a 1-year contract with our client, a global leader in consulting and professional services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage build processes, configuration, and release cycles.
- Develop scalable, reusable UI solutions.
- Convert legacy UI from JSP to React.
- Integrate APIs with the React UI.
- Ensure a consistent look and feel across the entire application’s UI.
- Perform local unit testing to maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with business analysts and Java developers to resolve defects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- With 2-3 years of experience in Frontend/React development.
- Strong skills in frontend UI development, especially in React with Typescript and related middleware/libraries.
- Experience in backend Java API development and integrating UI with backend APIs.
- Proficiency in CSS styling.
- Familiarity with Java JSF technologies.
- Experience using the Jest framework for React unit testing.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Liberty server is a plus.
