Your new role
- Provide assistance to front office regarding the onboarding / offboarding process, eligibility assessment, approvals, technical set up and annual review.
- Rsponsible for timely reply on client advisor queries. Perform internal assessment against the onboarding criteria and requirements.
- Work collaboratively with major stakeholders including product owners, IB specialists, business risk & compliance professionals from different functions and divisions.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Wealth management Onboarding review.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence with good presentation skills in engaging with diverse stakeholders in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Highly proactive and diligent in follow up and follow through. Client focused, organized at bundling of requests and sensible on turnaround time
