Our client, a leader in the real estate industry across the APAC region, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales leads through to completion of contracts
- Lead corporate sales initiatives for new properties in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Identify and hunt for new corporate clients while maintaining existing relationships.
- Conduct engaging property viewings that effectively showcase unique customer experience.
- Executing the Sales strategy.
- Managing the customer experience from lead generation through to move-in and retention.
- Actively gather market and industry insights to share to identify business opportunities and present upwards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Leasing is essential, you MUST come from a Hotel, Hospitality, Serviced Apartment background.
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are required.
- Proactive and enthusiastic individual.
- Participation in trade shows, familiarisation trips, client entertainment and industry events.
