Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level assistance for hardware, software, and network issues via remote and on-site troubleshooting.
- Log and manage incidents through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions and escalations.
- Provide guidance to users on common IT issues to enhance their understanding of systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to reduce downtime.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in enterprise network environment.
- Possess a CCNA, CCNP certificate or higher.
- Ability to perform stand by duties as when required.
