What we’re looking for:
Experience on test development Experience on product qualification process Familiar with ATE platform such as J750 (IGXL based) is desired Knowledge on HW design & layout on CAD tool such as Altium is preferred Candidates with program skill on C, Perl, Python, VB etc. are preferred
Skills you’ll need:
- Test development for new product attaining low cost test solution and high-test coverage for MCU, RF SOC devices
- Test/handler solution platform migration and correlation to attain low test cost and address test setup capacity constraints.
- Test time reduction.
- Perform yield analysis and contribute to test process improvements.
- Responsible for overseeing product reliability stresses as well as new package qualification stresses and test results.
- Support test solution transfer to test suppliers.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in EE or EEE, with 8 years relevant experience, for advance degree holder the year of experience can be reduce
