Job Description:
The job scope for an Accountants during ERP integration typically includes:
- Financial Data Migration: Assist in transferring financial data (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger) from the old system to the new ERP platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- System Testing: Participate in the testing of financial modules within the ERP system to ensure correct functionality, including validation of reports and accounting entries.
- Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of financial data post-migration to ensure that balances and transactions align with the original system.
- User Training: Provide support and training to other finance team members on the use of the new ERP system, ensuring smooth adoption and process efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and workflows during the integration to maximize the ERP system’s benefits.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the IT and finance teams to resolve any issues related to financial data or system functionality during the ERP implementation.
Requirement:
- Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable and responsible, shows attention to detail
- At least 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
- Educational Qualifications : Degree / Diploma In Accounting
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin.
