Job Description:
- Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery, office maintenance, staff & workers attendance, document scanning).
- Responsible for administering and managing all incoming and outgoing project documents
- Assist and coordinate project claim submission
- Coordinate and prepare site staff and workers working schedules, timecard leaves application, and courses.
- Proper filing of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval.
- Assist other general administrative support to the project team
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum “O” Level, the diploma is a plus.
- Entry levels are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Good communication skills in liaising with internal departments.
- Positive work attitude and can multitask effectively.
- Able to work at the construction site office.
- Only Singaporean, Singaporean PR or Malaysian may apply.
Others:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Saturday – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
- Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,800 (Depending on work experience)
