Admin Assistant

Hueng Luei Co Pte Ltd

Job Description:

  • Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery, office maintenance, staff & workers attendance, document scanning).
  • Responsible for administering and managing all incoming and outgoing project documents
  • Assist and coordinate project claim submission
  • Coordinate and prepare site staff and workers working schedules, timecard leaves application, and courses.
  • Proper filing of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval.
  • Assist other general administrative support to the project team
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” Level, the diploma is a plus.
  • Entry levels are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in liaising with internal departments.
  • Positive work attitude and can multitask effectively.
  • Able to work at the construction site office.
  • Only Singaporean, Singaporean PR or Malaysian may apply.

Others:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
  • Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,800 (Depending on work experience)
