- Position Title: Chemical Engineer (Wastewater Treatment)
- Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; Saturday, 8am – 12pm/Shift Work: Day – 8am – 8pm, Night – 8pm – 8am
- Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + OT/Shift Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Study and review the equipment and design treatment processes in wastewater treatment plants to ensure compliance with water quality standards.
- Maintain the integrity and safety of the plant by ensuring all equipment is in working condition, with minimal downtime and regular servicing.
- Ensure all designated equipment calibrations and inspections are conducted timely.
- Collaborate closely with the Process Safety Management (PSM) team and laboratory department to monitor waste flow and develop effective waste treatment methods.
- Support and promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities among operators.
- Assist in the optimization of operations including treatment processes, manpower allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives for wastewater treatment plant operations.
- Ensure the treated wastewater meets the compliance standards for sewer discharge limits.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and standard operating procedures within the plant.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
- At least 2 years of experience related to water treatment plants
