Duties & Responsibilities:· Design battery charging and management circuit, controlling the power sequence and charging function of the Electronics Front Interface (EFI)
· Drive general analog and digital circuit board development such as microcontroller and microprocessor-based platform development as well as wireless and sensor circuit developments
· Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables for areas linked to microprocessor, and microcontroller understanding
· Drive the implementation of the sub-systems such as slip ring, motor, MEMS, sensors, audio peripherals, and wireless communication devices integration.
· Characterize power management sub-systems and components.
· Conduct white box and functional tests for product prototypes.
· Maintain and improve the development environment, like development tools, design flow, source code control
· Analyse and provide feedback during design reviews in an open, objective, and collaborative manner
· Create clear and concise product and project documentation such as technical specifications, test reports, planning, etc.
· Provide expertise to functional project/platform teams so as to solve electronic or electrical related issues
· Participate in cross-functional initiatives so as to contribute to the development of new ideas or processes so as to solve Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) challenges.
· Provide engineering solutions & support on Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul activities.
· Work with multi-sites or teams on activities related to testing/investigation/project alignment
· Create product and project documentation, and convey effectively the instructions to electrician/ technicians
· Work closely with other electrical/ mechanical engineers on design or development matters
