Our client, a renowned developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Accountant (6 months Contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and report on budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance in comparison to budgets and forecasts.
- Compile monthly reports for the Group.
- Support quarterly financial reporting to the Board, including EVA and BU KPI reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accountancy or Chartered Accountant/ACCA qualification, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in listed firms / REITS w
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
- Experience with SAP system
- Meticulous, analytical, innovative and self-motivated team player.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and cope with changes is essential
- Other attributes includes being responsible, resourcefulness and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Salary: up to S$6,500
