This position requires the candidate to be well versed with the events industry in Singapore, especially the Dinner and Dance, Awards Dinner and Conferences area.
Main job scope is to assist the events director in the formulation of cost tables, interacting with talents and contractors for costing and submission of proposals to clients, as well as to organise and execute the event if project is awarded to us. This will also include working closely with the creative team to ensure that the proposals are competitive, complete and attractive!
Ability to manage project timelines, event budgets is a must!
As we deal with clients from all walks of life, professions and nationalities, the candidate must be able to communicate well and be strong in both written and spoken English.
If you think that events management is a glamorous job with fixed working hours, then you do not have enough experience to take up this position.
