Job Description
- Develop, implement and own a business and sales strategy to meet the company objectives and deliver commercial targets.
- Generating new business proactively, Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to achieve long-term success. Ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Developing positive and strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively. Providing solutions and upport to clients as needed.
- Reporting and Monitoring on the status of accounts and transactions regularly. Setting and tracking sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Good command of English and spoken Chinese
- Experience in sales at Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies for a minimum 4 years
- Entrepreneurial flair, excellent client relationship skills, and commercial savvy.
- Superior new business and client management skills.
- Ability to manage a team of 3 to 6 members.
- Enthusiastic team player, collaborating with colleagues across different functions and markets.
