Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations and Administrative Assistant to support our growing online business. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all e-commerce platforms and maintaining an efficient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all administrative and operational duties, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Support end-to-end e-commerce operations, from inventory management to order fulfillment and customer service.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely dispatch of orders, and handling returns efficiently.
- Use and maintain the online shopping platform seller center to manage inventory and orders.
- Maintain healthy stock levels across all online channels, updating product descriptions and inventory details regularly.
- Perform daily stock duties, including inbound (receiving, sorting, and storing products) and outbound (picking, packing and shipping) operations.
- Oversee warehouse inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock handling.
- Draft and process purchase orders for restocking as needed.
- Update stock quantities on the website and across all distribution channels in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with external logistics providers, coordinating daily order deliveries and inventory management.
- Update and maintain inventory records using both inventory management systems and Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries through online chats, emails, and phone calls, particularly those related to logistical matters.
- Analyze product sales performance and prepare short-to mid-term sales forecasts to optimize supply chain management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and online inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer queries and liaising with external logistics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Business proficient in speaking and writing both English and Mandarin Language.
Educational Requirements:
- Local / PR: Diploma and above
Salary:
- $2800/month and above - based on experience.
