Job Scope

  • Create training activities and materials.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of training sessions.
  • Serve as the main contact for project stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly reports on conducted training sessions.
  • Facilitate communication between trainers and participants.
  • Organize safety training sessions for attendees.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure all safety-related documents are up to date and accessible.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have relevant experience in project coordination and safety management.

Requirement

  • Singaporean / PR
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Strong background in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) knowledge.5.5 days work week
