- SAP Business Analysis: Understanding and interpreting SAP Transactions and relating them to business processes.
- Ability to understand technical details, integration, and functions of multiple applications/complex systems
- Review SAP data and suggest process optimisation.
- Articulate requirements to technical teams in a variety of ways, including via logical diagrams, use cases, data samples, and anecdotes
- Act as bridge between IT and business teams
- Oversee cleansing and validation efforts as part of SAP data migration
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation to support the business processes.
