- Call Centre / Customer Service Experience
- Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm)
- CBD (Near to MRT)
- 6 Months Contract - Subject to Extension or Conversion depending on performance
Responsibilities
- Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channel eg emails
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes email
- Proper recording of conversation with customer in the CRM system
- Achieve / Exceed individual and team KPIs set by the management
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Call Centre / Customer Service experience
- No experience are welcome to apply & training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
