Location: Punggol


Requirements:

  • Full GCE O/A Level or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful team player with initiative.
  • Meticulous in task execution.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to handle challenges.
  • Knowledge preferred.
  • 2 years in a school or related role.

Scope of works:

  • Answer phone calls and assist walk-in inquiries.
  • Maintain a registry of incoming and outgoing mail and route items to staff.
  • Manage printing jobs, issue stationery, and maintain inventory.
  • Address student concerns, including health issues and lost items.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and minute-taking.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by administration.
