Junior Quality & Logistics Assistant ( Gas Bottle / 5.5 Work Days / Basic $2000 + OT) (SS10)

Position title : Junior Quality & Logistics Assistant

Location: Boon Lay

Working Days: 5.5 work week

Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm

Salary : $2000 + OT

Responsibilities

1. Perform quality check:

• Weight & test equipment
• Incoming and outgoing cylinders
• incoming seats and stock
• Painted cylinders, logo and warning label
• Meet safety and specification standards (footring/rusty/dirty/height)

1. Perform quality check:

• Perform logistics on Haulier, keying into stock program
• Perform physical stock take on empty and filled cylinders
• Collate defective cylinders statistics
• Maintenance of Daily Occurrence Book
• Perform store duty
• Ensure stick are check on Haulier whether incoming or outgoing on voucher or manual

1. Admin Support

• Input incoming bulk CO
• Office filing
• Report writing
• Organize meeting according to schedule
• Ad-hoc tasks

Requirement

• Min 1 yrs exp in operations
• N level (or equivalent and above)
• Able to use Microsoft Office
