We are looking for 2 Finance Executives (1 year contract) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
· General Ledger (prepare monthly journals, reconcile all GL accounts, ensure timely month-end and year-end closing)
· Manage and maintain accounts receivable
· Ensure accurate accounting of funds received from donors and sponsors
· Cash flow report preparation and monitoring
· Assist in the annual budgeting exercises
· Handle government funding receivables and/or grants management
· Timely submission of claims and monitoring claim disbursement
· Conduct quarterly and annual subvention reconciliation through ILTC Portal.
· Submission of statistics to MOH/AIC/Medifund/MPAC.
· Assist with yearly statutory audit and preparation of audit schedules, annual reports and liaising with auditors.
· Support any ad-hoc projects, tasks, new processes and system implementation when required.
Requirements:
· Minimum diploma in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent.
· At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in Healthcare
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Proven time management and prioritization skills
· Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in a team
