HR Cum Finance Executive

HR cum Finance Executive will play a dual role in managing human resources functions and assisting with financial operations. This position requires a blend of skills in HR management, payroll processing, financial reporting, and budgeting to support organizational objectives effectively.


Job Responsibilities:-


- Work directly with CEO and Chairman to support all aspects of his daily work routine

- Maintain CEO and Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointment, speak engagements, and travel arrangement.

- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors

- Review reconciliation of vendors’ statement of accounts

- Review monthly journal entries as needed

- Review monthly audit schedules

- Support monthly/quarterly reporting including operational controls and reconciliation activities by providing offshore partner with relevant policies, procedures and rules

- Review and improve internal processes where necessary

- Special projects as required

- Review and process claim for others department.

- Cash flow management

- Perform Payroll in timely manner

- Handle urgent requests and changes in relations to meeting with CEO and Chairman

- Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO and Chairman, redirect matters/ emails to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate

- Keep CEO and Chairman advised of time-sensitive and high-priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow up.

- Keep CEO and Chairman’s schedule and information confidential

- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned

- Other additional and / or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other team members or Executives as needed.


Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related discipine

- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in full-set accounting

- Possess initiative and ability to multitask
